Is this really happening? Honestly, I’m amazed at how perfectly my vision has come together, and I’m super excited to finally share it with you all.
One of my hobbies is using Photoshop to create mockups for various things like clothes, jewelry, and even room layouts for my entire house, which sometimes gets a bit intense. I always save these mockups just in case an opportunity comes up.
About six months ago, just such an opportunity knocked on my door. Stilnest reached out to ask if I’d be interested in designing my own jewelry collection. Was I interested? I mean, I already had everything designed!
I’m not sure they were prepared for my specific vision and how particular I can be. I wanted to create pieces that were not only cool and stylish but also versatile, able to be worn alone or together, and each piece needed to tell a story.
Stilnest absolutely nailed it, and the result went beyond all my expectations. Seeing my saved mockups come to life was mind-blowing. The entire process was incredible, from being involved in production to ensuring the proportions were just right and approving lengths—it was such a cool experience!
Oh, and we also shot a fun commercial. Be sure to check out the video below!
**The Fashionlush Collection**
Each piece in this collection tells a story, and I’d love for you to learn more about the inspiration behind the Fashionlush Jewelry Collection.
*i. the Sylvia pinky ring*
This ring is named after my Grandma. She’s no longer with us, but she absolutely loved pinky rings. There’s an embossed angel on the face, which is perfect because I believe she’s looking down and would want one of these rings.
*ii. the Whitney lariat*
My Dad always wears a gold Italian horn necklace for good luck. I loved that necklace so much, so I incorporated the Italian horn into this lariat necklace, which also features the same angel as on the ring. I named this piece after my sister because I wanted each to be named for the most important women in my life.
*iii. the Linda choker*
Would you believe I designed this piece five years ago? I still have the original mockup, though it needed some updating. I named it after my mom because she’s always believed in the evil eye symbol for protection. A red ruby, which is my birthstone, is in the center of the eye.
I hope you love this collection as much as I do! Feel free to share your thoughts below. x, E
